The Script
As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll leave a lasting impression from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You’ll be a true INKredible ambassador, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued. While check-ins and check-outs are key moments, you’ll also love personalizing each guest’s stay — whether that means preparing special touches for their occasion, recommending the best spots to eat, or suggesting exciting adventures around Amsterdam.
You’ll keep track of guest preferences and communicate them to relevant departments to ensure a seamless stay. Solving any guest issues that arise is a challenge you’ll embrace, as you take pride in turning problems into positive experiences. Your goal every day is to ensure that each guest leaves with the desire to return.

INK Hotel Amsterdam – MGallery is a luxurious lifestyle hotel with a rich history. The hotel’s name is inspired by its past as the home of the Dutch newspaper De Tijd, where stories were written and brought to life in ink. As such, INK Hotel is “Where stories are yet to be written.” Our restaurant, PRESSROOM, serves as the living room for both hotel guests and locals, offering delicious dishes crafted by our talented kitchen team and cocktails made with a personal touch by our bartenders.

Does your story align with what we’re looking for? For the Front Office team member position, we’re seeking someone who:
- Has an outgoing and helpful personality;
- Is flexible with their schedule, able to work both morning and evening shifts, and occasionally a night shift;
- Holds an MBO degree in hospitality or tourism;
- Has at least one year of experience in Front Office;
- Is available to work both weekdays and weekends;
- Is looking for a part-time or full-time job (4 to 5 days);
- Has strong communication skills in Dutch and English (additional languages are a plus);
- Has knowledge of PMS systems (such as Opera), preferred but not required.
