As a Breakfast F&B Employee, you are part of the PRESSROOM team and play a key role in the early experience of our guests at INK Hotel Amsterdam. You primarily work during the morning shift (06:40–14:30 or 07:00–15:00, with occasional weekend shifts from 08:00–16:00 or 09:00–17:00). You ensure that guests start their day smoothly, whether they are visiting for business or leisure.

Together with your team leader and F&B manager, you ensure that breakfast service runs efficiently and smoothly. From preparing the buffet and taking orders to serving guests and resetting tables, you enjoy working in a team and are not afraid to share your ideas. You have an eye for detail: whether it’s restocking the buffet, polishing cutlery, or ensuring the restaurant looks perfect for the morning rush. You love telling guests about the concept and story of PRESSROOM, and most importantly, you make sure every guest has an INKredible start to their day.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Preparing the restaurant and breakfast buffet for early service
• Welcoming guests and exceeding their expectations during breakfast
• Taking orders, serving dishes, and clearing tables efficiently
• Ensuring the buffet and supplies are fully stocked at all times
• Communicating clearly with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth service
• Being knowledgeable about the breakfast menu and hotel offerings
• Managing breakfast reservations and guest flow
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant at all times
