The Script

As a (Demi) Chef de Partie, you’ll join a tight-knit team of five, collaboratively ensuring the smooth and exquisite delivery of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in our a la carte restaurant. Operating in a visibly open kitchen, you’ll be crafting memorable experiences for guests while maintaining calm professionalism and impeccable organization, all in line with HACCP standards.

Beyond serving in the restaurant, you’ll design and prepare meals for In‑Room Dining and two small meeting rooms, and you’ll also extend your creativity to tailor menus for special guest requests. Your responsibilities include ensuring mise-en-place is meticulously prepared and communicating ingredient needs proactively.

Does your story match our wishes? For the Chef de Partie position we are looking for a person who has:

• a culinary degree from a reputable organization;
• at least one year of experience in an (open) kitchen at a comparable establishment;
• experience in ordering, receiving and producing fresh ingredients;
• availability to work both weekdays and weekends;
• fulltime availability (38 hours);
• a flexible schedule, so you can work evening shifts from 15.00-23.00 o’clock;
• good skills in all cooking techniques and various cuisines;
• knowledge of HACCP hygiene rules.
