The Script

As our Housekeeping Management Trainee, you will have a wide range of responsibilities within the Housekeeping department. Your day will include administrative tasks such as creating schedules, distributing room lists to room attendants, ordering supplies, and much more! You will ensure that our high cleanliness standards are maintained so that our guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained hotel and rooms — all thanks to you. In addition, you will support the Housekeeping Manager with various ad-hoc tasks, combining administrative duties with operational responsibilities.

This internship is a great opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills. You will have the chance to lead a large team and ensure that everything runs smoothly while further improving your communication skills. You will work closely with other operational departments and keep them informed about the progress of housekeeping tasks. Thanks to the variety of responsibilities within the department, you will also develop your soft skills and learn how to motivate and inspire the team.

Does your story match what we are looking for? We are looking for an independent, detail-oriented multitasker who meets the following requirements:

• You are currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO programme in Hospitality Management;
• You are available to start your internship in February 2027 for a minimum of 5 months;
• You are eager to learn and work consistently;
• You are available for 30–38 hours per week, preferably also during weekends;
• You have a hands-on mentality;
• You work well in a diverse and inclusive team;
• You possess excellent organizational skills.
