Check-out

Check-out time is at 12:00 noon. To speed up your check-out, we encourage you to use our Fast Check-Out procedure. Simply drop your room key in the Fast Check-Out Box in the lobby. Should there be an outstanding balance of your stay, this will be charged on your credit card provided at check in on the same day. You will receive your final invoice of your stay on the email address you have provided at check in.

If you are interested in late check-out (no later than 17:00, upon availability), a fee of 75 EUR will be charged. Please request with our Front Office team at the reception.

Room temperature

In case of hot weather, we advise you to keep the windows closed. Otherwise the air-conditioning will not work. The air-conditioning stays on – even without the key card, so take it with you when you leave to explore the city. We suggest to close the blackout curtains to keep the sun out and the cool in.

– The restaurant PRESSROOM is open Monday – Saturday from 12PM – 10PM.  The restaurant is open on Sundays from 12:00 – 17:30.

Umbrellas

Raining? Welcome to Amsterdam! We offer umbrellas for rent in our lobby. You can rent an umbrella for € 2,- for 48 hours. Want to keep your umbrella? No problem! For € 20,- you can keep the umbrella forever. For every umbrella rented DripDrop will plant one tree. So you’re doing yourself and the world a favour!

Fitness

Our fitness is open 24H for hotel guests. Please let the front office know when using the fitness, so we can show you around and make sure there are towels and water for you to use.

Luggage

Do you have a late flight? You can store your luggage in our luggage storage free of charge after check-out. Please keep in mind this is upon availability and at your own risk.

Parking

We do not offer parking spaces at the hotel. We recommend to park at the parking garage Qpark Nieuwendijk (paid). This public parking garage is within 5 minutes walking distance of the hotel.

Laundry service

Please remember to place the completed laundry sheet inside the provided bag. Laundry drop-off before 8:30 AM will be ready for collection by approximately 8:30 PM on the same day, excluding Sundays and holidays. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage to any laundry or dry cleaning items, we will refund up to five times the original laundry-dry cleaning price. We kindly ask guests to report any concerns or complaints within 24 hours for prompt assistance and resolution.

Room service (Monday – Saturday) is available 24/7, (Sunday) 07:00 – 17:30.
