At INK Hotel MGallery Amsterdam, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the city with 149 rooms, a restaurant, and intimate meeting spaces, the focus lies primarily on the leisure market. At the same time, you will optimize revenue for Hotel Rotary MGallery Geneva, a stylish boutique hotel in the center of Geneva, popular among business travelers.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Support hotel management in strategic planning, marketing plans, and the budgeting process.
- Actively participate in the annual topline budget process and monitor performance for rooms and other revenue streams, including F&B.
- Prepare materials and chair weekly revenue strategy meetings for both hotels.
Revenue Analysis & Optimization
- Monitor individual and group bookings to determine pricing strategies and availability controls across all distribution channels.
- Analyze current and historical demand, including lost business, pickup pace, market trends, and competitor analysis, to produce accurate forecasts.
- Evaluate competitors’ pricing strategies and anticipate market movements.
- Review and adjust strategies based on RGI performance (STR) and rate monitoring via Fornova.
Digital & Distribution Strategy
- Optimize revenue through direct channels, including maintaining brand websites and implementing pricing and yield strategies with the General Manager and Director of Marketing.
- Manage indirect channels such as OTAs, GDS, and other distribution partners, with a focus on visibility and profitability.
- Track external market data (OTA data, GDS, market reports) to identify new revenue opportunities and monitor market developments.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities at the hotel level.
Collaboration & Commercial Alignment
- Collaborate with Commercial teams, Reservations, and Front Office to align revenue goals with guest experience and sales initiatives.
- Support the reservations team with group inquiries and pricing strategies based on demand.
- Foster a strong revenue management culture across all departments, ensuring everyone contributes to the overall strategy.
Who Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry (experience managing multiple hotels or in a cluster role is a plus).
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with excellent knowledge of distribution channels and pricing strategies.
- Experience with RMS, PMS, Fornova, and STR analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.

- Minimum of 2 years of full-time experience in Revenue Management within hospitality or a similar sector.
- Available from December 2025 or January 2026.
- Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and numerical proficiency.
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Confident in dealing with a luxury and discerning clientele.
- Experienced user of Revenue Management software (preferably IDeaS G3).
- Familiar with Opera Cloud.
- Experience with digital platforms for revenue optimization.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is an advantage.
- Legally entitled to work in the Netherlands and able to travel to Switzerland.
