To begin

Stracciatella with roasted winter squash, pumpkin seeds, and aromatic tarragon oil.

Soup

Celeriac and parsnip velouté, enriched with truffle, parmesan, and crispy egg.

Main course

Prime beef tournedos, layered potato ‘Anna’, roasted roots, wild mushrooms, and a red wine jus.

Crispy cauliflower steak with romesco, creamy cauliflower puree, and mushrooms.

Sweet finale

Molten chocolate moelleux with spiced white chocolate ganache and a crisp hazelnut tuile.
